Entry Nursery Production Management Trainee Position with Expectations for Growth and Responsibility 
We are looking for an individual to work in nursery plant production and train to manage crops and workers. The work includes; irrigation, caning, plant maintenance and crop development (weeding, pruning, spacing, pest control), order processing, simple systems repair and maintenance. Responsibility can be added as the applicant indicates capability. The qualifications are;
Able to work with others in a group and exhibit leadership and respect.
In possession of basic scientific knowledge in the field of horticulture or a student working on relevant studies.
Able to do the physical work typical in a nursery environment.
Motivated to succeed personally and as part of the the Magic Growers team.

The applicant should have most of the following;
Able to do physical nursery work including moving plants and filled nursery containers.
Good work habits.
A professional appearance.
Ability to work in teams and alone.
Must speak, read and write Spanish. English speaking ability helpful.
Must fill out an employment application at the nursery.
Social Security and Immigration numbers must prove valid.
